A Common Sense Approach to Life and Living

I love gardening and gardeners. One can not escape common sense approach to life and living if one wants to grow luscious, fruitful, and beautiful plants.

Recently, when asked by a radio listener how to save plants from diseases, a master gardener replied that proper plant food (fertilizer) and nutrient rich soil are much more important to the growth and strength of plants than any disease fighting chemicals: stronger plants withstand the diseases better.

We are not plants, yet we are living organisms. Shouldn’t we follow the same common sense if we want to stay healthier and stronger, if we would like to bounce back  from illness faster without suffering any "side effects"?
My next  journal entry will describe the Vitalizer, the Shaklee nutrient complex that is a true foundation for your good health.
